Surprisingly Successful Food Combinations

The Random Smoothie

1 part pink Grapefruit

3 parts Apple

1 part Beetroot

1/2 part Cucumber


This is the kind of smoothie I throw together in the name of not wasting food but I always expect to have to drink it with my nose pinched.  But not this time, no sirree.  

This random arsed collection of fruit and veg produced something worthy of a repeat.

It’s the grapefruit that elevates this from a chore to a joy to drink.
