2 bananas

date bake: dates, walnuts, raspberries & blackberries



2 apples

700g Carrots

600ml Smoothie: 2 bananas, 8 dates, peanut butter, water



1.2lt Smoothie:                                    5 bananas, 20 dates, 2 tablespoon peanut butter, water

600ml smoothie:                                2 bananas, tablespoon peanut butter, 8 dates, water

Fruit Salad:                                          2 bananas, 1 pineapple, 1 mango



700g carrots

600ml smoothie: 3 bananas, 9 dates, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, water

date bake: dates, walnuts, brazil nuts, raspberries



700g seeded red grapes
