What I ate Yesterday

Sunday 7th June

I actually ate all this on Sunday (3 days ago) and largely in order shown. Most of my calories came from banana ice-cream which can be typical of most days.

I take vitamin D because I once had a deficiency (the on-set pre-dated my raw lifestyle)and I experienced the mother of all joint pain and I have no interest in a re-run.

I think the supplements are a combination of vegan and vegetarian formulations but I’m not bothered since I’m an unethical raw vegan.  I’m now also a tea drinking raw vegan.  And there’s some peanut butter in there too.  So I’m not the strictest of raw vegans; I do what works for me.
